CRISPY PROSCIUTTO WRAPPED ASPARAGUS

Simple yet elegant and classy.

TRIM, TRIM, TRIM

your asparagus then generously season with olive oil, salt & pepper

WRAP, WRAP, WRAP

3-4 asparagus spears with a piece of thinly sliced prosciutto starting at the bottom and spiraling up.

LINE 'EM UP

on a wire rack parchment lined baking sheet in an even single layer then give them a spritz of olive oil

BAKE, BAKE, BAKE

in a 400°F oven for 12-15 minutes or until the prosciutto is crispy and the asparagus is tender

OPTIONAL (BUT RECOMMENDED)

top with freshly grated parmesan cheese & a drizzle of balsamic glaze!
