PUMPKIN BREAD WITH CHOCOLATE CHIPS

When two of Halloween's most known for things collide: Pumpkin & Chocolate...

START BY PUTTING THE FLOUR INTO A LARGE BOWL

use a bowl big enough for you to stir or whisk the ingredients together

ADD THE REST OF THE DRY INGREDIENTS

baking soda, baking powder, salt, pumpkin spice and cinnamon

STIR, STIR, STIR

until it's nice and well combined

NOW ADD THE WET INGREDIENTS TO A SEPARATE BOWL

starting with the pumpkin purée

KEEP ADDING...

coconut oil, milk, vanilla, honey and eggs

WHISK, WHISK, WHISK

until everything is well combined

ADD THE WET + DRY

slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet and whisk until well combined

OK, CHOCOLATE LOVERS, THIS ONE'S FOR YOU!!

fold those chocolate chips into the batter with a rubber spatula

LET'S MAKE THE OPTIONAL (BUT HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) CINNAMON SUGAR TOPPING

combine 1/2 tsp cinnamon with 2 tbsp coconut sugar and mix until combined

GET THE LOAF PAN READY FOR BAKING

grease 'er up reeeeal good with oil, ghee or butter

BATTER UP!

pour all the batter into the greased loaf pan and spread it out with a rubber spatula

OH, CINNAMON SUGAR!

evenly sprinkle that bad boy allllll over the top of the unbaked pumpkin loaf!

THIS CHOCOLATE CHIP PUMPKIN BREAD IS OVEN READY!

325° for 60-75 minutes
