This Pumpkin Chili may be festive but you're gonna wanna enjoy it allll year round.

START BY BROWNING THE MEAT

in a large pot over medium heat then drain & set aside.

NEXT UP...

the diced onions & bell peppers. Cook a few minutes until soft!

KEEP IT GOING..

add the sliced mushrooms & cook until soft..

NOW FOR THE GARLIC

stir until fragrant, 30-60 seconds

ADD THAT COOKED BEEF BACK INTO THE POT

& give it a good stirrrrrr

ADD ALL THE SPICES TO A BOWL

stir 'em up with a fork to ensure they're nicely combined

then add 'em to the party!

NOW WE'RE TALKIN'...

add the diced tomatoes, pumpkin purée & beef broth

STIR IN THOSE BAY LEAVES

for the final layer of flavour...

SIMMER, SIMMER, SIMMER

Simmer the chili for at least 30 mins for best results!
