PUMPKIN SPICE CINNAMON ROLLS

Do you hear that?! It's Pumpkin Spice calling.

MIX, MIX, MIX

the coconut sugar & pumpkin spice in a bowl until well combined

MIX, MIX, MIX

the flour, coconut sugar, yeast, pumpkin spice & salt in the bowl of a mixer until combined

ADD, ADD, ADD

the oil, pumpkin purée and milk and mix again until smooth

ADD, ADD, ADD

more flour, a bit at a time, until a soft dough forms, cover & let rest for 5 minutes

ROLL, ROLL, ROLL

the dough out onto a lightly floured surface into as good of a rectangle as you can get it

SPREAD, SPREAD, SPREAD

the butter out evenly over the surface (try your best - it doesn't have to be perfect!)

SPRINKLE, SPRINKLE, SPRINKLE

the pumpkin spice sugar evenly all over top

ROLL, ROLL, ROLL

the dough into a tight log, starting from the long end

CUT, CUT, CUT

the log into 12 even slices (I like using a piece of dental floss for this)

LINE 'EM UP

on a greased tray, cover and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes

BAKE, BAKE, BAKE

in a 350° oven for 25-35 minutes

MAKE, MAKE, MAKE

the pumpkin frosting by adding all the ingredients to a bowl and blending to combine

SPREAD, SPREAD, SPREAD

the frosting allllll over slightly cooled rolls before serving
