the egg in a bowl & then beat it with a fork

add the flour to another bowl

AND FINALLY

make the quinoa coating by mixing the quinoa, parmesan, parsley & spices together until well combined

PREPARE YOSELF!

ensure your dredge station is ready to go by setting up 3 bowls - the beaten egg, flour & finally, the quinoa mixture

FIRST THINGS FIRST

dredge the chicken pieces in the egg, allowing the excess to drip back into the bowl. Then, lightly coat them in flour shaking off the excess.

COAT, COAT, COAT

each tender with the quinoa mixture by firmly pressing it on both sides. Make sure the entire surface is covered!

BROIL, BROIL, BROIL

on high for 15 minutes being sure to flip halfway through for even cooking

CRISPY & CRUNCHY

no one will even be able to tell that this is Quinoa (not even the kids!)

Don't forget the dipping sauce!
