in both length and thickness. You want the rounds to be big enough to hold classic pizza toppngs!

CAREFULLY SLICE 'ER UP!

using a sharp chef's knife into 1/4-inch thick rounds

LINE 'EM UP!

on a paper towel lined baking sheet

generously & both sides.

DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP (it's important for extracting excess moisture)

CRUCIAL TO AVOID SOGGY ZUCCHINI

let sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes
