OAT BANANA MUFFINS

Who says healthy can't be delicious?!

MAKE THE CRUNCHY OAT TOPPING

by combining rolled oats, maple syrup, coconut oil, cinnamon and salt in a bowl

SPREAD, SPREAD, SPREAD

into a thin layer on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 10-15 mins

ADD, ADD, ADD

all of the dry ingredients to a bowl and whisk until well combined

ADD, ADD, ADD

all of the wet ingredients to a bowl and whisk until well combined

MIX, MIX, MIX

the dry and wet ingredients together until just combined (be careful not to overmix)

FILL, FILL, FILL

muffin cups about 3/4 of the way full then sprinkle on the crunchy oat topping

BAKE, BAKE, BAKE

for 20-25 mins or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
