CAULIFLOWER CRUST PIZZA

Can you believe this pizza crust is made  entirely outta Cauliflower?!

START BY RICING YOUR CAULIFLOWER

a food processor will make this as easy as 1, 2, 3...

TIME TO SQUEEZE OUT THE EXCESS WATER/MOISTURE

use a nut milk bag or a cheesecloth for best results!

SQUEEZE, SQUEEZE, SQUEEZE

and I mean squeeeeze - there will be A LOT of moisture/water and none of it is your friend!

ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS TO A BOWL..

that is the riced cauliflower, cheeses, parsley, spices and eggs

MIX, MIX, MIX

until everything is well combined. Don't be afraid to use your hands!

BRUSH, BRUSH, BRUSH

some olive oil onto a parchment lined baking sheet to prevent sticking

SHAPE, SHAPE, SHAPE

the crust into a large circle & 1/4-inch thickness

BAKE, BAKE, BAKE

in a 400° oven for 25-35 minutes or until the edges are golden and the middle is dry

NOW FOR THE FUN PART...IT'S TIME TO TOP!

start with a thin base layer of tomato sauce

DON'T SKIMP OUT!

and now for lots of grated mozzarella cheese...

KEEP IT PLAIN OR KEEP TOPPING...

I'd recommend no more than 2-3 additional toppings...

BAKE, BAKE, BAKE

return the pizza to the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the toppings are crisp and the cheese niiiice and bubbly
