This easy recipe for Pepper Jelly will have you feeling like a jam making PRO in no time.

GATHER UP YOUR PEPPERS

& give 'em a coarse chop

PULL OUT YOUR BLENDER

& throw in the sliced peppers & the vinegar

BLEND, BLEND, BLEND

until it's niiiice & smooth (don't worry if some seeds or small chunks remain)

TRANSFER, TRANSFER, TRANSFER

the liquid to a large pot

LET'S SWEETEN THIS BABY UP

add all the sugar & stir until dissolved

BRING TO A BOIL

for 3 minutes on medium-high heat

NOW FOR THE KEY INGRDIENT

liquid pectin - this is the stuff that'll have you feel like a jam making PRO in no time!

BOIL, BOIL, BOIL

rapidly for 1 additional minute then remove the pot from the heat

SCRAPE, SCRAPE, SCRAPE

off that top foamy layer (just use a spoon or a spatula)

READY TO JAR!

carefully pour the hot liquid into clean, sterilized jars leaving about a 1/4-inch of room at the top

LET IT SETTLE

for approx. 15 minutes then seal the jars
