you're looking for these cute little guys, not your typical large carving pumpkins

AND LIKE MAGIC...

peel & dice those babies up...

GRAB YOUR SOUP POT

throw the olive oil in and let it heat up a bit, over medium heat

GET READY FOR SOME REAL GOOD AROMOAS

hellllo onions & garlic! Cook a few minutes, until soft

NOW ADD THE PUMPKIN

and give 'er a good stir...

COOK UNTIL SOFT AND TENDER

and the edges are browning, about 10-15 minutes

LET'S MAKE THIS PARTY BIGGER!

add the broth, pumpkin spice, salt & pepper

SIMMER, SIMMER, SIMMER

until the pumpkin is tender & can easily be pierced with a fork

BLEND, BLEND , BLEND

until it's smooth & no chunky pieces remain
