the pork riblets dry with clean paper towel to absorb the excess moisture 

ADD, ADD, ADD

a couple tablespoons of olive oil and a generous amount of salt & pepper

TOSS, TOSS, TOSS

using your hands until the pork riblets are niiiiicely coated in the oil & seasonings

COOK, COOK, COOK

either oven bake (30-40 min) or air fry (20-25 min) at 375°

Crispy, easy to make & downright delicious.
