Have an abundance of homegrown Zucchini? (SAVE THIS RECIPE!)

COOK, COOK, COOK

the bacon in a large skillet then take it out with a slotted spoon to reserve some of the bacon grease

ADD, ADD, ADD

the onions and peppers to the skillet and cook until soft, a few minutes

ADD, ADD, ADD

the garlic, zucchini, an extra tbsp of bacon fat & Italian seasoning. Cook until the zucchini is soft, about 5 minutes

SPREAD, SPREAD, SPREAD

the sautéed veggies out into a large casserole dish then top with the cubed cream cheese

COOK, COOK, COOK

the Italian sausage in the same skillet until browned

POUR, POUR, POUR

the hot sausage over the cream cheese and veggies

STIR, STIR, STIR

a couple of handfuls of grated cheddar cheese & the cooked bacon into the sausage and veggies

TOP, TOP, TOP

the dish with more grated cheddar cheese ensuring alll of it is covered

TOP, TOP, TOP

the dish with foil and bake it in the oven at 375° for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is niiiice & bubbly
