No patience & not much time required compared to other ways of sautéeing mushrooms (sorry, Julia Child)

the olive oil and mushrooms to the pan. I know there's overcrowding but don't worry...

STIR, STIR, STIR

since they're not in a single layer, stirring frequently until they're cooked through is key in this recipe!

ADD, ADD, ADD

the butter and minced garlic & stir some more (until the butter is melted & the garlic is fregrant)

SEASON, SEASON, SEASON

with salt & pepper AFTER the mushrooms have finished cooking

GARNISH, GARNISH, GARNISH

with fresh chopped parsley for extra flavour & a pop of colour

Delicious on steaks, burgers, in soups, on pastas or as is.
