SIMPLE SAUTÉED ZUCCHINI RECIPE

The perfect Summer side dish.

CUT, CUT, CUT

your zucchini into even size chunks, rounds or half moons (~1/2-inch thick)

ADD, ADD, ADD

them to a hot wide and flat bottomed skillet with some olive oil

STIR, STIR, STIR

frequently, allowing the slices to come into contact with the hot pan, creating a brown sear/crust

MOVE, MOVE, MOVE

the cooked zucchini to one side then add in your butter and garlic

STIR, STIR, STIR

to coat the zucchini in the melted butter and minced garlic

SEASON, SEASON, SEASON

with salt & pepper, adding chili flakes, if desired
