COOK, COOK, COOK

the pasta until al dente, reserve some pasta water before draining

ADD, ADD, ADD

the olive oil and minced garlic to a skillet, cook for a few minutes

ADD, ADD, ADD

the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, stirring frequently

ADD, ADD, ADD

the white wine and cook until reduced, scraping any brown bits off the bottom of the pan

ADD, ADD, ADD

the cooked pasta and fresh chopped parsley to the skillet, toss to combine

ADD, ADD, ADD

the reserved pasta water, a bit at a time, until you reach your desired consistency

SEASON, SEASON, SEASON

with salt, pepper, and chili flakes - toss to combine

Refreshing, light and OH SO DELICIOUS.
