CREAMY MUSHROOM ORZO

Serve it up as a tasty side dish or a main.

COOK, COOK, COOK

the orzo in chicken broth according to the package instructions until al dente 

ADD, ADD, ADD

the olive oil and onions to a large skillet, cook a few minutes until softened

ADD, ADD, ADD

the garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant, an additional minute or so

ADD, ADD, ADD

the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they're browned and tender

POUR, POUR, POUR

in the white wine and let it simmer for a couple of minutes until slightly reduced.

ADD, ADD, ADD

the cooked orzo pasta to the skillet with the mushrooms and toss everything together until well combined.

STIR, STIR, STIR

in the parmesan cheese then season to taste with salt and pepper
