CROCKPOT RECIPES

FALL APART TENDER BEEF BRISKET (SLOW COOKER)

Incredibly moist. Tender. & Fall Apart Delicious.

PAT, PAT, PAT

the brisket dry on both sides with clean paper towels to absorb excess moisture

SEASON, SEASON, SEASON

the brisket GENEROUSLY with the brisket dry rub on both sides, using your hands to rub it in alllll over

MAKE THE SAUCE

by whisking the broth, soy sauce, worcestershire & whole grain mustard together in a bowl

CROCKPOT READY

add the sliced onions, whole garlic cloves, seasoned brisket & sauce to the crockpot. Put the lid on & cook on low for 8-10 hours

CAREFULLY

lift the brisket out of the crockpot and on to a cutting board leaving all the jus and onions behind

MAKE THE SLURRY

by mixing the arrowroot powder with some liquid from the crockpot until smooth and thick. Stir it in completely with a spoon.

SLICE, SLICE, SLICE

that baby up using a sharp kitchen knife. Alternatively, you can shred it!

Don't forget the jus, onions, horseradish & whole grain mustard for serving!
