Meet your new favourite way of making potatoes: SMASHING 'EM!

BOIL, BOIL, BOIL

the potatoes in a pot of salted water until fork tender, about 15 to 20 minutes. Drain & Cool.

MIX, MIX, MIX

the butter, parsley, parmesan cheese and garlic together until well combined

SEASON, SEASON, SEASON

the potatoes with olive oil, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, salt & pepper

SMASH, SMASH, SMASH

the potatoes with the bottom of a glass or other similar object

ADD, ADD, ADD

a blob of garlic butter on top of each potato then spread it all over with a fork or brush

SEASON, SEASON, SEASON

with more salt & fresh cracked pepper 

BAKE, BAKE, BAKE

at 425° for 30-45 minutes or until they're browned & crisped up to your liking. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
