The perfect balance between sweet, salty AND spicy - the flavour combo you didn't know you needed.

START BY ADDING THE EGG WHITE & VANILLA INTO A BOWL

whisk with a fork until bubbly & frothy

NEXT UP

add the sugar & spices into a separate bowl & stir until well combined

POUR THE EGG WHITE MIXTURE

over the pecans and stir until coated

NOW ADD THE CINNAMON SUGAR MIXTURE

& stir until well combined & the pecans are nicely coated

LINE A BAKING SHEET WITH PARCHMENT PAPER

then load those babies up

USE THE BACK OF A SPOON OR A RUBBER SPATULA

to spread 'em out in an even layer (some touching is OK)

BAKE AT 250° FOR AN HOUR

stirring every 15 minutes to prevent clumping or sticking together

Snack time just got a whole lot better.
