ITALIAN SAUSAGE & RICOTTA STUFFED PASTA SHELLS

Stuffed to the brim overloaded with  100% pure deliciousness.

COOK, COOK, COOK

the pasta shells until just al dente (~2-3 minutes under what the directions say on the back of the box)

MIX, MIX, MIX

the ricotta, parmesan, egg, parsley and salt and pepper in a bowl until well combined

SPOON, SPOON, SPOON

some marinara sauce into a thin layer at the bottom of a baking dish

COOK, COOK, COOK

the Italian sausage in a skillet with some olive oil until cooked through and browned all over

MIX, MIX, MIX

the cooked Italian sausage into the ricotta mixture until well combined

STUFF, STUFF, STUFF

the pasta shells with the sausage and ricotta filling then line them up in the baking dish

SPOON, SPOON, SPOON

extra marinara over the shells then top with a generous amount of freshly grated mozzarella cheese

BAKE, BAKE, BAKE

in a 350° oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is niiiiice and bubbly then top with freshly grated parsley
