the dish tightly with aluminum foil

it into a larger dish then fill halfway with boiling hot water

BAKE, BAKE, BAKE

in a 425° oven for 1.5-2 hours or until the condensed milk has turned into a rich caramel colour

BLEND, BLEND, BLEND

until you reach a smooth consistency and no lumps remain
