the ground beef, onions, and bell pepper to a skillet and cook until browned - drain the excess grease

the taco seasoning, pickled jalapeno juice, tomato paste, and water and cook until the water absorbs

the cauliflower rice into an even layer at the bottom of a 9x13 greased baking dish
