THAI BASIL CHICKEN

Authentic. Flavourful. And downright delicious.

ADD, ADD, ADD

the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar and chicken broth to a bowl and whisk to combine

ADD, ADD, ADD

the minced garlic, thinly sliced shallots and thai red chilies to a large wok or skillet with oil. Cook for about a minute

ADD, ADD, ADD

the thinly sliced chicken thighs and cook until browned all over and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes

ADD, ADD, ADD

the homemade sauce and toss to coat. Simmer for 2-3 minutes

STIR, STIR, STIR

in the fresh Thai basil leaves until just wilted - an additional minute or so

Ready in under 25 minutes. What could be better?!
