all of the ingredients (except for the chicken) in a bowl until well combined

the chicken dry with clean paper towel to absorb the excess moisture

the chicken in a large dish and cover it with the creamy sauce ensuring each piece is nicely coated

BAKE, BAKE, BAKE

in a 400° oven for 45-55 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 165°F

the chicken and top with a spoonful of the creamy sauce & some chopped fresh cilantro
