the garlic with olive oil, salt and pepper, then wrap in foil

some tomatoes, season with oil, salt and pepper, add the garlic and roast until soft

COOK, COOK, COOK

some onions in a pot, add the roasted garlic and tomatoes

ADD, ADD, ADD

some chicken or veggie broth and bring to a boil then blend with an immersion blender

STIR, STIR, STIR

in the heavy cream and freshly grated parmesan cheese

Now all you need is a grilled cheese.
