HOW TO BRINE A TURKEY

Say GOODBYE to dry turkey FOREVER.

MAKE, MAKE, MAKE

the seasoning by mixing all the spices in a bowl

ADD, ADD, ADD

the water, salt, sugar, aromatics and seasonings to a large pot over medium heat

STIR, STIR, STIR

until the sugar and salt dissolve. Remove from the heat and cool for at least 1 hour.

PAT, PAT, PAT

your turkey dry with clean paper towels

ADD, ADD, ADD

it to a really large pot or container (able to fit in the fridge)

POUR, POUR, POUR

the brine over top making sure the turkey is fully submerged. Brine for 12-48 hours

HELLLLO, moist, juicy & flavourful turkey!
