This All Purpose Thai Peanut Sauce is SO good, you're gonna wanna put this sh*t on everything!

Ingredients
½cupPeanut Butter
3tbspSoy Sauce
2tbspRice Vinegar
2Cloves Garlic
1thumb-sized piece Ginger
1tbspHoney or Maple Syrup
1tbspFresh Lime Juice
1-3tbspSambal Oelek or Srirachadepending on spice preference
2tspSesame Oil
Chopped Peanutsfor garnish (optional)
1-4tbspWater*only if needed, see notes
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to the base of a food processor.
Blend until well combined and super creamy (scrape down the sides of the food processor and blend again, if needed). See recipe notes for what to do if your peanut sauce is too thick. Enjoy!
Notes
If you want to thin out your sauce or to make a salad dressing, start by adding 1 tbsp of water at a time, until you reach your desired consistency. I didn't add any to mine.
