Instructions
Pour the water into the bottom of the Instant Pot and add the metal trivet (that came with it).
Gently add as many eggs as you would like on top of the trivet, using the grooves to hold the eggs in place. It's okay if they are touching or stacked on top of eachother, if needed.
Put the lid on, turn the venting knob to "seal" and set the pressure to high for 6-7 minutes. When it beeps, immediately release the pressure by switching the knob to the venting position. Cool eggs in a bowl of cold water and ice for 5 minutes.
Easily peel and enjoy for breakfast, snacks or adding as extra protein to any of your favourite dishes!
Notes
You can even do more than 12 Eggs - you can do as many fit in the Instant Pot! The cooking time always remains the same, just make sure the bottom of the IP is always covered with enough water to build pressure.
