In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard, and spices until well combined. Put in the refrigerator to chill while preparing the other ingredients* (see notes)
In a separate larger bowl, add the broccoli, bacon, cheddar cheese, red onion, sunflower seeds, and dried cranberries.
Drizzle with the dressing.
Mix until well combined. Serve cold!
Notes
If following the keto diet, be sure to use unsweetened dried cranberries.
If you have the time, chill the dressing for an hour before mixing it with the remainder of the salad ingredients. If not, make it first and allow to chill while preparing the other ingredients.
