Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a muffin tin or line cups with paper or silicone liners (you only need 10).
In a bowl, add the flour, pumpkin spice, baking soda, and salt.
Mix until well combined.
In a separate bowl, add the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, coconut oil, almond milk, eggs, and vanilla.
Mix until well combined.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just incorporated (don't over mix).
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin cups, filling them all the way to the top.
