¼cupCoconut Oilmelted
¼cupMaple Syrup or Honey

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the oats, whole wheat flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
In a separate large bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil and honey (or maple syrup) until smooth.
Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
