2tbspExtra Virgin Olive Oil
3clovesGarlicminced
1tspSmoked Paprika
½tspOnion Powder
¼tspRed Pepper Flakes(optional, for a bit of heat)
Salt and Pepperto taste
Instructions
Rinse the broccoli florets and pat them dry. Make sure they are thoroughly dry to help them crisp up in the air fryer.
In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, onion powder, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Ensure that the broccoli is evenly coated with the seasoning.
If needed, preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Once preheated, add the seasoned broccoli in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook in batches.
Air fry the broccoli for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even crisping. The broccoli should be tender on the inside with crispy, slightly charred edges.
