1poundGround Sausage*
2cupsAlmond Flour
2cupsCheddar Cheesegrated
½cupParmesan Cheesegrated
¼cupButtersoftened
2Eggs
1tspBaking Powder
½tspOnion Powder
½tspGarlic Powder
½tspDried Oregano
½tspDried Thyme
Salt and Pepperto taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
Use your hands to mix until well combined but careful not to overmix.
Form the mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on the lined baking sheet with a little bit of room in between each for air to circulate.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through. Allow them to cool slightly before serving.
