Ingredients
1poundBoneless, Skinless Chicken Breastscut into chunks or strips
1headBroccoli (~3 cups), cut into florets
2tbspExtra Virgin Olive Oil
3Cloves Garlicminced
1cupHeavy Cream
1cupParmesan Cheesefreshly grated
Salt and Pepperto taste
Fresh Parsleychopped, optional, for garnish
Instructions
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook a few minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Remove the cooked chicken from the skillet and set aside on a paper towel lined plate.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for a minute until fragrant.
Add broccoli florets to the skillet and cook until slightly tender, stirring occasionally.
Pour in heavy cream and salt and pepper, stir, and bring it to a simmer.
Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and let it simmer for a few more minutes until everything is heated through. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
