1(15 oz.) canBlack Beansdrained and rinsed
1(15 oz.) canCorn Kernelsdrained
1largeTomatodiced
1Jalapeño Pepperseeded and chopped
2Cloves Garlicminced
½Red Onionfinely chopped
¼cupFresh Cilantrochopped
Juice of 2 Limes
Salt and Pepperto taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the black beans, corn, diced tomato, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño pepper, and minced garlic. Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture and toss until well combined.
