1poundMushroomscleaned and halved
4tbspUnsalted Butter
4Cloves Garlicminced
Salt and Pepperto taste
Fresh Parsleychopped, optional, for garnish
Instructions
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add butter. Once the butter is melted, add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
Add the mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they are browned and tender, stirring occasionally. This usually takes about 5-7 minutes.
Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
