½cupExtra Virgin Olive Oilgood quality
2Cloves Garlicfinely minced
2tbspParmesan Cheesefinely grated
1tspDried Basil
1tspDried Oregano
½tspDried Thyme
½tspDried Rosemary
½tspRed Pepper Flakes
Salt and Freshly Ground Pepperto taste
Balsamic Vinegaroptional, for serving
Instructions
In a shallow bowl or plate, add the garlic, parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, thyme, rosemary, and red pepper flakes.
Pour the olive oil on top and whisk/stir to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drizzle with a little bit of balsamic vinegar, if desired. Serve with slices of fresh bread for dipping.
