Ingredients
3tbspDijon Mustard
2tbspYellow Mustard or Whole Grain Mustard
3tbspHoney
3tbspFresh Lemon Juice
3tbspExtra Virgin Olive Oil
3Cloves Garlicfinely minced
1.5tspFresh Thyme (or 1/2 tsp Dried Thyme)
1.5tspSmoked Paprika
1tspSalt
½tspFreshly Ground Black Pepper
¼tspCayenne Pepperoptional, for heat
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a bowl. If you want the smoothest marinade, use a blender.
Blend or whiskuntil well combined.
Notes
Marinate the chicken (thighs, breasts, or drumsticks) in a zip-lock bag or airtight container. Let it soak for at least 2 hours, but for best results, marinate overnight.
