In a large bowl, toss the gnocchi with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Spread the gnocchi in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and fresh herbs. Serve with your favourite dipping sauce and enjoy!
