Flaky Sea Saltto finish
2tbspSoy Sauce or Tamarifor dipping
OPTIONAL FOR SEASONING
1tbspExtra Virgin Olive Oil or Toasted Sesame Oil

½tspChili Flakes or Chili Oil

Instructions
Bring 1 inch of water to a boil in a pot fitted with a steamer basket. Add the frozen edamame.
Cover, and steam for 5–7 minutes, or until tender and bright green.
Immediately toss with flaky sea salt (or any desired seasonings) and serve warm alongside some soy sauce for dipping.
Notes
Always serve edamame warm or at room temp — cold makes the pods rubbery. You eat the beans inside the pods, not the pods themselves.Don’t have a steamer basket? You can also boil the edamame in salted water for 3–5 minutes until tender—just drain and season as usual.
