FOR THE APPLES
4-5smallFirm Applescored and sliced
2tspMelted Butter
1.5tspMaple syrup or Honey
½tspCinnamon
¼tspNutmeg or Pumpkin Pie Spice
Pinch of Salt
FOR THE CRISP CINNAMON-OAT TOPPING
2tbspRolled Oats
2tbspAlmond Flour or All-Purpose Flour
1tbspBrown Sugar (or Coconut Sugar)
1tspCinnamon
2tbspCold Buttercubed
Instructions
Toss apple slices with melted butter, maple syrup, spices, and salt.
In a small bowl, mix oats, flour, sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in cold butter until mixture is crumbly.
Place apples in a single layer in the air fryer-safe tray or basket. Sprinkle crisp topping evenly over the apples.
Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes, or until apples are tender and topping is golden. Shake or rotate halfway through for even cooking.
Serve warm, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, or drizzle of caramel sauce.
