Notes
Use real white chocolate. Look for white chocolate made with cocoa butter for the best flavour and creamy texture.Don't overprocess. Pulse in short bursts to prevent the chocolate from warming up, melting, or clumping.Keep everything dry. Even a little moisture can cause the mix to clump. Always use a completely dry container and spoon.Adjust to taste. Start with 4 tablespoons of mix per cup of hot water, then add more if you like it sweeter and richer.Store properly. Keep in an airtight container in a cool, dry pantry. Use the earliest best before date of your ingredients as a freshness guide.Peanut allergy heads-up: The original recipe contains peanut butter powder. For a peanut-free variation, use the substitution in the recipe notes and check all ingredient labels for allergens and cross-contact.
