Ingredients
1cupUnsweetened Milk of Choice (regular or plant based)more as needed
2tbspPeanut Butter
2tbspCocoa Powder
¼cupYogurt of Choice (I used plain Greek)
2Pitted Dates*
1tspVanilla Extract
A few Ice Cubesoptional
Instructions
In a blender or food processor, add all the ingredients.
Blend on high until creamy and smooth. Add more milk if the ingredients are having a hard time being blended.
Notes
If the dates are not soft and malleable, soak them in water for 10 minutes, then drain.
