Notes
Use freshly brewed coffee for the best flavour. Coffee that's been sitting on the warmer can taste bitter and overpower the drink.Choose a good Irish whiskey. Jameson, Bushmills, or Tullamore D.E.W. all pair beautifully with the creamy Baileys.Taste before adding maple syrup. Baileys is already sweet, so you may not need any extra sweetener.Serve immediately. Irish coffee is best enjoyed while it's hot and the whipped cream is fresh.
