Notes
Want a smokier flavour? Swap the regular paprika for smoked paprika.Use fresh spices for the best flavour. Older spices can make homemade seasoning blends taste flat and dusty.Shake well before each use since smaller spices naturally settle at the bottom of the jar over time. For the best flavour, use about 1 tablespoon of seasoning per pound of chicken and coat the chicken lightly with oil first.Store the seasoning in an airtight jar in a cool, dry place for up to 1 year. This seasoning is naturally gluten free, but always double check packaged spices if cross-contamination is a concern.
