4cupsMixed Salad Greens
1cupColeslaw Mix
¼smallRed Onionthinly sliced
2Green Onionschopped
½cupEdamameshelled and cooked
½Cucumberpeeled and diced
1smallAvocadosliced
1smallJalapeńothinly sliced, optional, for a bit of heat
In a large salad bowl, add the salad greens, coleslaw mix, red onion, cucumber, avocado, scallions, edamame, jalapeño, and radishes. You can leave it like this or gently toss to mix.
Arrange the tuna slices over the prepared salad. Drizzle as much homemade citrus vinaigrette over the salad and tuna as you desire. Serve immediately and enjoy!
