AIR FRYER SWEET POTATO WEDGES (WITH CREAMY LEMON DILL SAUCE)
Craving the perfect balance of crispy and tender? These zesty herb Air Fryer Sweet Potato Wedges are packed with flavour, easy to make, and absolutely irresistible (especially when dunked in creamy lemon dill sauce!)
Scrub and cut the sweet potatoes into evenly sized wedges. Add them to a large bowl.
Add the olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, red pepper flakes (if using), and lemon zest. Toss to combine.
Arrange the wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Set it to 400°F, preheating if necessary.
The sweet potato wedges can take anywhere between 12-20 minutes - start checking at the 12 minute mark to ensure they don't burn. You'll need to flip them halfway through if your air fryer doesn't have 360° air circulation. They're done when the edges are crispy and golden but the insides are still tender and fluffy.
Sprinkle with fresh dill and drizzle with lemon juice for a pop of freshness. Enjoy with creamy lemon dill sauce or your favourite dip.
Notes
The minced garlic does kinda burn a tad in the air fryer. I personally don't mind it but if you do or if you prefer a milder garlic flavour, you can use ½ teaspoon of garlic powder instead.
