BACON WRAPPED BRUSSELS SPROUTS

These Sriracha Mustard glazed Bacon Wrapped Brussels Sprouts are so easy and fun to make and are highly addicting!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels Sprouts
  • 1 pound Bacon
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside until ready to use.
  • Cut the bacon strips in half.

  • Trim the bottoms off the brussels sprouts then add the whole sprouts to a bowl.

  • Add the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Toss well to coat.

  • Using a flat surface, such as a cutting board, line up the half strips of bacon. Place one whole Brussel sprout in each one then roll the bacon to wrap and enclose the sprout.

  • Use a toothpick to keep it in place. Repeat until no sprouts or bacon remains.

  • In a small bowl, add the sriracha, and mustard.

  • Whisk until well combined.

  • Using a basting brush, carefully brush the glaze over the tops and sides of the bacon wrapped brussels sprouts until nicely coated.

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the brussels sprouts are soft and tender. Serve immediately with all your favourite dipping sauces!
