  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1.5 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Dill finely chopped
  • 1 Clove Garlic finely minced or grated
  • ½ tsp Dijon Mustard
  • ½ tsp Salt or to taste
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • 1-2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil optional, for silkiness

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayo, and lemon juice until smooth.
