Ingredients
7oz. (~2 cups cooked)Short-Cut Pasta (like rotini, cavatappi, or penne)
Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cool water to stop the cooking. Let it cool slightly while you prep the rest. Optional: Drizzle with a touch of olive oil to prevent sticking.
In a large bowl, add the cooled pasta, the chopped romaine, crumbled bacon, Parmesan, and a generous drizzle of the tahini Caesar dressing.
Toss until well combined. Season to taste with salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
Just before serving, toss in the sourdough croutons so they stay crispy. Finish with an extra shave of Parmesan and a crack of black pepper. Serve chilled or at room temp with lemon wedges on the side.
